Personal Data When Placing an Order
Information on how YUSUBOV uses the details necessary to place, pay for and receive an order. This is information about data processing in connection with a contract, not separate consent to receive marketing messages.
To fulfil an order, we process only the data required. The legal basis for entering into and performing a contract with a customer is Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, “On Personal Data”. Other legal grounds provided by law may also apply where processing is necessary to meet statutory obligations.
Who Processes the Data
The Data Controller is Individual Entrepreneur Sarkhan Avazovich Yusubov (Юсубов Сархан Авазович), taxpayer ID (INN) 383700601033, individual entrepreneur registration number (OGRNIP) 325385000050837.
When an order is placed on yusubov.com, the personal data required for entering into and performing the sale and purchase contract is processed under Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Separate consent is generally not required for these necessary contractual operations.
Purchase terms are set out in the Public Offer, while general processing rules are explained in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Data and Purposes of Processing
When an order is placed and fulfilled, the following information may be processed: the customer’s name, telephone number, email address, delivery city, region, postal address and postal code where requested by the current WooCommerce checkout form, agreed pickup point, contents and value of the order, order number, payment, delivery and return statuses, and the contents of customer enquiries relating to the order.
This information is necessary to register and confirm orders, communicate with customers, interact with the payment provider, prepare payment documents, arrange collection of goods, handle enquiries and returns, and comply with legal obligations.
Please do not enter information in the checkout fields that is unnecessary for the purchase. Consent to receive marketing communications is not included in the checkout process and, where relevant, is obtained separately.
Payment and Delivery Services
Website forms and the shopping cart are used to place orders. Order details may be delivered to the Data Controller through the website’s configured systems and contact email.
Once payment acceptance is enabled, payments will be processed using YooKassa (ЮKassa). Customers enter payment details in the payment provider’s interface. The Data Controller does not request card numbers, CVC/CVV codes or verification codes in the order form.
Delivery to pickup points is intended to use the Ozon network, subject to availability in the relevant locality. The information necessary to dispatch and collect goods is shared with services and organisations involved in fulfilling the order, to the extent required and where applicable legal grounds exist.
The services actually connected and the details of processing are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Retention Periods and Customer Rights
Personal data is processed only to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfil an order, resolve associated matters and comply with mandatory legal requirements. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, the information is erased or destroyed unless another lawful ground permits its further retention.
Customers may request information about the processing of their personal data, seek its correction, restriction or erasure where legally justified, and raise concerns about the protection of their rights.
For enquiries: yusubov.ecom@mail.ru. The Data Controller’s postal address is: 665904, Russian Federation, Irkutsk Region, Slyudyansky District, Slyudyanka, 3A Pushkina Street, Apartment 12.
This section does not replace the Personal Data Processing Policy and does not constitute separate consent to process data for purposes unrelated to fulfilling an order.
